How we work
Most of what we do is replacing roofs that have done fifteen to twenty-five winters up here, which is a harder life than the same shingle gets almost anywhere else. Freeze and thaw, ice at the eaves, and a snow load that would be a design event further south.
Licensed and insured in New Hampshire. Estimates are written, itemised and given before anything starts, and if the honest answer is that you get another two or three winters out of what you have, that is what you will be told.
What to expect
- A written, itemised price before work starts
- Photos of the deck once the old roof is off
- A dumpster that arrives and leaves on schedule
- Magnet run over the drive and lawn at the end of each day
- A straight answer about what can wait
Where we work
Bartlett, North Conway, Jackson, Conway, Glen, Intervale and Hart's Location. Emergency tarping in a storm is for existing customers first, because that is the only way to keep the promise honest.
