Roof inspections
A written report with photos, and an honest answer about how many winters are left.
Buying or selling
A general home inspector looks at a roof from the ground or a ladder at the eave. We get on it, and the difference matters most on exactly the roofs where the answer is not obvious.
You get a written report with photographs, an estimate of remaining life, and prices for anything that needs doing. That is a document you can negotiate with.
After a storm
Documented damage, photographed, in a format an insurance adjuster will accept. If we do not think you have a claim we will tell you before you file one.
What it costs
The inspection is free if you are getting an estimate from us at the same time. As a standalone written report for a sale or a claim, it is priced per visit and quoted up front.
Serving Bartlett, North Conway, Jackson, Conway and Glen. Estimates are free and written down before anything starts.
